LOXTON ENGINEERING – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions listed below relate to the use of the online ordering facility on the Loxton Engineering web site.

The risk in goods shall pass upon dispatch. The property in the goods shall not pass until payment in full has been made, and in the case of payment by cheque, until the cheque has been cleared.

When you complete the spare parts order form, request for information form or send an email for information, you agree that you are not providing any false or misleading information to Loxton Engineering . Any person(s) deliberately sending false or misleading information to Loxton Engineering will be prosecuted.

In the case of ordering spare parts online by the use of the online form, you agree that the completion and submission of this form means that you are requesting the selected parts to be sent to you and you agree to pay the invoiced amount to Loxton Engineering on receival of invoice.

The form represents a contract between you (The customer) and Loxton Engineering (The company). When ordering by this method, Loxton Engineering will send parts usually that day of order or the next working day (Monday to Friday) if parts are in stock, excluding public holidays or during company annual leave or vacations.

Once orders have been dispatched from Loxton Engineering, they are the responsibility of the customer. Any loss or damage of orders mean the customer is still liable for payment of invoice to Loxton Engineering.

While every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, no responsibility can be taken for any loss or damage caused by using this website or acting on the information on this website. Information on this website is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event will Loxton Engineering be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages for any use of this website or any other hyper linked website.

Any personal information you send to Loxton Engineering on this website will not knowingly be released or sold to any third parties except to further the purpose for which you provide the information, such as parts not manufactured by Loxton Engineering which are sent to you direct from the manufacturer, or if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

The policy of Loxton Engineering is one of continuous development and improvement. They retain the right to alter any specifications, designs and pricing without notice or obligation regarding such changes. Performance may vary with size of machine, different areas and different conditions.
