GREASE & OILS:

PTO (Power Take Off): 

Grease: Shell Retinax “A” , Mobilgrease “MP” or similar.
Caltex EP Grease C2 multi-purpose auto-industrial or similar.

Main grease points:
How often should I grease (or when required)?

(a) Main wearing points (Axel, Jockey wheel pivots etc) 8 hours (daily)
(b) Lesser wearing points (Towbar, Bellcrank etc) 40 hours (weekly)
(c) Gearboxes and Bearings yearly to eighteen months.

Gearbox Oils: to suit Hardbro GB13, Hardbro GB14, International (3607094R1) & Vapormatic (V1000 HD)
Mobilube S 80W-90, Mobilube HD Plus 80W-90 or Mobilube 85W-140. Valvoline HP Gear Oil 80W-90 or Valvoline HP Gear Oil 85W-90. Castrol EPX85W-140 or similar.

ROTOR DISC: Disc .Dimensions 455mm diameter x 10mm
